How We Handle Every Matter
At Wasiat Advocates, no matter arrives without a proper initial conversation. We take time to understand your circumstances before recommending a course of action — because the right advice depends on what you are trying to achieve, not just the category of problem you present with.
Every instruction is confirmed in writing, fees are stated clearly before work begins, and progress is communicated to you at agreed points. If your circumstances change partway through a matter, we adapt accordingly. Our role is to guide, not to pressurise.
